Joining Masan Group since 2010, Danny Le is a crucial factor in building the Group’s development strategy, as well as directly organizing mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions, thereby promoting expansion and development of Masan Group.

Prior to Masan, Danny Le was a financial advisor at Morgan Stanley (New York). In this role, he has performed a variety of M&A deals and capital market and privatization transactions for many clients globally.

He is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Masan Group. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of 6 subsidiaries of Masan Group, including the role of Chairman of Masan Consumer, Masan High-Tech Materials Corporation and Masan MEATLife Corporation.

Mr. Truong Cong Thang is the Chairman of the Board and General Director of The CrownX Corporation. At the same time, he is a member of the Board of Directors and holds many important positions in other member companies such as General Director of Masan Consumer Corporation.

Mrs. Nguyen Hoang Yen is the Senior Deputy General Director of Masan Consumer Corporation and also a member of the company’s Board of Directors.

Mrs. Yen has been with the company since its early days. From a small enterprise, the company has become one of the leading fast-moving consumer goods companies in Vietnam and owns a series of famous consumer brands such as Omachi instant noodles, CHIN-SU fish sauce, Nam Ngu, etc. Currently, Ms. Yen is taking on an important role in directing and leading the development of capability and organizational culture as well as ensuring the effectiveness of the departments under the support block, contributing to the success of the company.

Mr. Pham Hong Son has been the Deputy General Director of Masan Consumer Holdings Company Limited since April 2016 and is a member of the company’s Board of Directors. Before that, he had more than 12 years of experience at Masan Consumer, holding many important positions in member companies of Masan Consumer Holdings such as: Chairman of Viet Tien Food Technology Co., Ltd.; Chairman of Masan Industry Co., Ltd.; Chairman of the Board of Directors of Vinh Hao Mineral Water Corporation; Chairman of Masan MB Co., Ltd.; Chairman of Masan HG Co., Ltd.

With extensive experience in the FMCG industry, Mr. Son has contributed significantly to improving product quality and innovating production processes at factories, thereby affirming the name of Masan Consumer Holdings with breakthrough and market-leading products.

Mr. Huynh Viet Thang is the Chief Financial Officer of Masan Consumer Corporation.

With 25 years of experience in financial management at various FMCG companies, he plays a key role in financial strategy planning, resource optimization, and business efficiency. Since 2013, he has held several important financial positions at Masan Consumer Corporation, contributing to ensuring sustainable growth and enhancing the company’s market position.
